Appointments and Payment Policies: Please bring your current glasses, contact lenses, Medical and Vision Insurance information. If you are a contact lens wearer, please try to wear your contact lenses into the office on the day of your appointment. We offer early morning, early evening, and Saturday appointments to accommodate all of your scheduling needs. Please call our office at (425)776-5209 to make an appointment. You can also contact us at "askme@myeye-q.com" Payment is expected when services are rendered. You may pay via Cash, also for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit Cards. We accept some Medical and Vision Insurance Plans. Unfortunately, we have elected to not participate in certain insurance plans. Some of the insurance plans do not allow us to provide the Comprehensive eye care that we are accustomed to providing our patients. Please bring along your Medical and Vision Insurance Cards and any pertinent information that may be needed.
